My first personal gun purchase was a Remington 1911 R1, which I had been in love with since childhood. I have spent years learning a broad range of shooting styles and techniques. From there I adapted the lessons I learned while in the Marines and made it a goal to perfect the basics and to educate others in how versatility leads to overall mastery of firearms.
