Books can be a great way to expand your views and ideas when it comes to training. Many authors are very experienced and have trained people for decades on how to win in a gunfight. This book is not only catered to men, but also goes into detail about how female shooters can train for a gunfight.

As a gun owner, you can't help but feel that it is a never-ending issue of finding the perfect gun to do it all. Unfortunately if you are into guns for personal protection and for fun, it will be hard to find that one gun that can satisfy every need you may have. I know, because I struggle with it every day.
On my channel, I find that there are alot of people comparing motor oil to CLPs, which I have to say is quite off-putting. The idea that motor oil is the same as gun oils is like saying that tofu is the same as bacon.
We see people form in huge lines for ammo at the big box gun stores before elections. The fear that our 2nd Amendment is yet again under siege always drives people to make an investment in guns and ammo. But are we going about this all wrong? When should we really be preparing and building up our stocks?
In a long and growing line of bullpups, the Steyr AUG has remained as a fine example for others to follow. I think it is easy for people to brush the AUG off as being some obsolete design simply because of its' age. But what people fail to realize is the fact that it has served over a dozen militaries really well and with distinction. It has seen several changes and upgrades to keep it relevant in a world where accessories and modularity are highly valued.
With the firearms community growing and more people wanting to get more accurate and faster at shooting, I feel like people are hitting a wall where they concentrate on shooting faster and completely omit the idea of hitting. It is as if they forget that shooting fast and having alot of rounds downrange means nothing if you don't hit anything. I understand that it looks cool, but I think we can agree that hitting is cooler.
Today, it is common for people to gravitate to the latest and greatest designs in pistol technology. I personally understand the desire to do this, but I find myself still attached to designs that have proven themselves through combat and rigorous use.
Whether you are looking for a gun to carry on your person, in the home, or in a vehicle, you may want to consider the caliber you are using. Some calibers just may work better than others in certain areas.
Rifles are all the rage right now, as is the methods in which people use to run them and keep them running. People like to sacrifice guaranteed function for speed in their reloads. it is said that reloads can be done so fast on a rifle that it doesn't matter what you do in that short amount of time. I have a different point of view on this subject based on my combat experience.
