I know the heart throb of 2017 has and will be the CZ P10C. I can understand how it is exciting for people, but I just want to lay out my own impressions on the pistol after giving it a look at SHOT Show 2017. Well, if you want my clean and clear impressions on the CZ P10C, I will just say: The gun is a joke. I don't get what CZ was thinking. The guys there kept trying to say that they couldn't use the slide-in-frame method because of this or that slide shape, but that is BS. All you gotta do is look at the P10C and the P-07. They have the same slide height in relation to where your hand sits, and really the pistols do not have a difference in bore axis.
You all probably have heard me say a million times already that bore axis is a marketing gimmick, not a real thing. But I will save that type of logic for a bore axis article. In all, I would say that CZ really messed up and got lazy. There was nothing wrong with the slide-in-frame design, and it would have been a doable thing. I know the reps kept saying that the point was for a pistol to fit a Glock 19 holster, but I have two responses to that. First off, just get a Glock 19 if you want to fit a Glock 19 holster. Secondly, flipping around the slide and frame fit would change anything on dimensions. It is merely an illusion and people buy it up. In my view CZ just got lazy, and shame on them for it. I still have a respect for some CZ pistols like the PCR, P-01 and the polymer models, but I have very little respect for the P10C. So no, I won't be getting one, even if they offer me a T&E.
