One of the things that causes my brain to twist and turn with confusion is when people say that they don't like shooting small pistols, yet they whine about bigger pistols not being more concealable. Some will pick out a tiny gun and then whine about their pinky hanging off. Okay, lets be real here. Your four fingers all together with a slide on top can't possibly be less than 5 inches. The Glock 19 is 5 inches tall and it is almost too small for a lot of people.
I would venture to say that if you don't like the feeling of shooting without a pinky on the gun, you have never really been taught to shoot properly. I can't count how many people I have seen shooting erratically and they got immediate results just by hanging their pinkies off the gun. My wife is that way. When she is missing, she knows that one of the best things to do is to take her pinkies off the gun and BOOM, she is hitting again. What you don't realize is the fact that your pinky and ring fingers are what give your hand its strength. The next thing to remember is when you say that it isn't comfortable to not have your pinky on the grip. If you carry a gun in order to defend yourself or others, you might wanna grow a pair and get used to being uncomfortable and shooting in uncomfortable positions and such. I don't think anyone is going to stop trying to hurt or kill you just because your not comfortable yet. In fact, I am pretty sure that they will not wait at all. Lastly, there is no sense in getting a pocket pistol and then put an extended magazine in the gun to fit your pinky. At this point you literally just wasted your money on a gun that you had to buy extra crap for, just to make it shootable. If you are seriously uncomfortable and won't shoot with your pinky off the grip, I can't force you to get over it, but you need to realize it makes about as much sense as wanting a vehicle where you can stand and drive like a segway.
